Whatever said you are clever in picking some stocks. You are picking stocks different to others. Keep it up in this major uptrend. As this is a major uptrend we are yet to see strong uptrend in remaining stocks in all types stocks such as value stocks, growth stocks and momentum stocks. I saw you have about two or three momentum stocks. If those momentum stocks produce attractive results what will happen in the major uptrend? We won’t be able to stop uptrend? I haven’t done any study on this stock yet. However please watch their momentum closely. One of your stocks can appreciate rapidly in the coming weeks. Good luck!

Only a small lost this is not a big company . I think last few days collected heavily if it go down try to catch 17 level

Property sector next year major target to growth movement.

property sector stocks currently performing not well target from next year.

Anywhy this sector already went up high but still few stocks trading low levels.

Only YORK and CSD trading low price and major opportunity currently trading price.

Compare with CLND NAV 13.60 , EPS -0.18 trading market price 47.00 .

CLND net asset value 13.60 and EPS -0.18 trading 47.00

KDL net asset value 9.69 and EPS 1.26 trading 47.00

EQIT trading 52.00 , ETWO trading 78.00

YORK very small capital shares and illiquid stock , very easy to move up

Do not compare YORK and CSD. Both are different in nature/Share holders/earning patterns/Finally the liquidity.
These both are under estimated and beta value is less Due to less activities by players.
Actually they are sleeping beauties.
Specially me and many of us is wondering 12 Mil share's can laggard at 17.

Still we have the opportunity. Today I collected some @ 15.00 Next week I think it will pass 17.00 again thanks for the sellers who panicked. Still the price is 15 (today closed price)

why don't you try with YORK? very illiquid under 200/= good price .. if they announce a split or something else it will go another run ?? not bad at this price
