I'm having some considerable amount at average of 38/- bought back in February. Should I sell tomorrow? Will it go down because of the poor performance?

I sold @ 65. Hope tomorrow is a red day for LIOC after all their financial statements are not up to expectations.
However, its one of the gems considering continuous drop in oil prices in world market. I will collect more if it comes down to 55 before end of this year.
One thing I know by experience is, too much greed do not help you in this game.
(my avg cost was 46)

Meaning this was before the great LIOC rally..!!

Well, they might have been surely disappointed to see the major uptrend of LIOC. If I'm not mistaken this was around when LIOC was trading around Rs. 45

Oil prices:
Global Oil prices now finding a support. It was at 106.20 at June this year. Today it's 75.5. $ 30 drop apx. 30% drop.
What will happen to LIOC tomorrow? Us_oil10

That's in global level.
So, in local level:
GDP growth more than 7%. Inflation moving down. So what we expect...
More productions, more constructions, more investments  more consumption etc. So the underlined factor the energy. More energy consumption means more demand !
So, global supply is now over boarded. Local demand is increasing yearly. 5.2% energy consumption rise per annum here SL.
What will happen to LIOC tomorrow? Crude_10

According to Govt. policy small vehicles promoting for govt servants, tax reduction for logistics and public transport vehicles, more buses importing, more highways...>>

Technically, its running its 5th leg. (can be end if prices pulls down) so can be expect a correction. and'll start a new cycle ...
Conclusion:
- Over supply in global level, prices drops by 30% in last 3 months.
- Local. macro economical conditions supports more demand for energy consumption with the high GDP growth. Hence, local demand is rising year by year.
- Govt. policy in favoring more crude oil consumption.
- Fundamentals nothing serious wrong.
- Technically ok. (strong bullish trend)

So every factor is matching respectively each. And showing a one direction in long term. This is my view on LIOC.

@ Ernie... LIOC will run in future. But when you taking a entry in current scenario, with objective of profit maximizing, don't just jump. Bcz,
on intraday chart its likely to be make a head and shoulder pattern, untill it wouldn't break 60 its safe, unless it'll come to 55. Bcz, in mid term elloit wave count, 5th leg has ended on today with the profit taking. And in daily chart I'm expecting a cup and holder pattern..
So, let us give this week for LIOC. Lets see what's the support it make... Very Happy

LIOC is an undervalued share trading at a discounted price. They will report an EPS of at least Rs. 9/=.

The PE is around 7.5 times which is far more better when compared to LLUB. The foreigners bought massive quantity recently. Only some locals are selling at the moment.

Good price to collect more now as they will report great profits in December quarter as a result of record low oil prices in the world market.
