ZPMC Lanka engaged in port crane commissioning project in Saudi Arabia

ZPMC Lanka Company (Private) Limited; the joint venture between Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Company Limited of China and Access Engineering PLC, in engaged in a contract for commissioning of three 65T Ship to Shore cranes at King Abdulla Port, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The scope of the work includes offloading the cranes, making the 11v electrical connection for the QCs and completing all the necessary requirements of the container handling equipment, commissioning, testing and handing over the equipment.
ZPMC Lanka Company (Private) Limited, which was incorporated in 2013 by Access Engineering PLC together with Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Company Limited of China, the world’s largest container handling equipment manufacturer, provides total maintenance solutions for container handling equipment and facility maintenance services to the port sector in Sri Lanka and the region. A qualified and well experienced commissioning team has commenced work at King Abdulla Port, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and begun the assignment scheduled to be completed by April 2015.
