they announced none of the Warrant 2015 were converted into shares .
finally all warrants w2, w3, w6 expired without converted into shares.
So this is good to GREG.N which is 85% collected by Taprabane

today Big Buyers @13/= ( I think it is 2 Mn)
any how 14/= very good price to buy .
I bought @ 15/= and keep this
It should move up .. I feel times ahead now

They have started to turn into profits of their group companies such as CLPL and DPL.. Slowly but steadily. Collectors of this share will be rewarded soon.

Greg's NAV MORE THAN 20/=
EPS last two Quarter turning to profit but not much. compare with total share Qty then EPS is ok
GREGgers already offer Voluntary offer @ 11/= after Voluntary offer its went up to 18/=
they already collect lots

*Last three Quarter Capital Trust collecting CLPL
*without Doubt CT will push up CLPL
*Then GREG will automatically will move UP Because GREG hold 94% CLPL

*and now , may be they are waiting to expire CLPL.W14 as well..

GREG has more potential to go up the reason
GREG hold PHAR , DPL, CLPL (PHAR and CLPL are in good profit)
TAP holding GREG
TAP took short term loan from ARR finance to buy GREG'S Voluntary offer now they need to pay back so they can do some trade with these and make money from it
TAP already acquire GREG more than 87%

any how still compare with these all
CLPL.W14 can success because only 25Mn warrants are there less than 3 Mn warrants in the market
expire in Aug 2015
now a days some suspicious buyer or seller was there every day to collect or dump

if they want to success CLPL.W14 then no doubt GREG family all will move in Shortly

Still people believe REEF.W will be successfully exercised then why we can't expect about CLPL.W14 ... still more chance there to CLPL.W14

anything can happen....
but from this announcement I can tell this is just related party announcement .
GREG announce this because he is one of the Director

any how he can do some push up with CLPL because CLPL.W14 expire date near to that
how ever we need to wait what he do
we need to wait another announcement what he buy
until that we can't say any think...
