Ceylon Guardian Investment Trust (GUAR) could become a sky rocketing share and could be the next GEM according to some views.

As at 31st December 2014 GUAR Net Asset Value (NAV) based on market value is Rs.272.48

GUAR Price to Book Value is (PBV) 0,72 times with 82.1 Million shares listed and the Last market Price traded is Rs.196 per share.

I am pretty sure the share will give over 40% return on medium term since currently it trades below the Net Asset Value.

Pretty sure. GUAR and CINV are highly undervalued shares

Local players not interested in these companies. That’s why they don’t get pushed around much. Prices are attractive to enter and highly under valued.
