I think it is more prudent to rent a house on a long lease instead of buying. Apartment at Crescat cost you Rs 50mn to buy but you could rent it for US$ 2000. Rent yields are so low. It's lower than the bank interest rates. So it is wiser to rent instead of buying, particularly if you are using it for your own accommodation.

you are right but house Value will increase by 50% to 100% every 10 years gap if it is House with land .

any how even Flat value go up to 10% 20% depend on the area 30% up within % to 10 years

so Own flat or house is very good compare with rent place

1. Increase value up to double
2. No hassle
3. We will love the place , keep nice and decorate if it own property
4. It is life secured if we have own property
5. Specially Status update in the Society and within relatives
6. Of course good Saving ( we don't want to sell and spend those money unless any critical situation ) so it is not liquidity money saving . Fixed Assets.

So many reason we can say .. Own the property and enjoy it

any one can list here what is the advantage fron Rent property but thats all nothing

Rent money like put in the Bin .. Even mortgage or loan better at least end of the day you are the owner of that

This country is still has the last feathers of a democratic and socialistic system in place.
Now the way you write it shows that you want the freeness of expression suppressed just as the previuos regime did. This forum is free to discuss anything including the CSE and investments.

This is a ONE STOP SHOP and we can't be going all over the place to get a few things done. So when there is a need for a change and creation of a classified section I will pay and advertise. So this is an opportunity for the Site Onwners to create this forum to accommodate such needs for its Elite Customers.

Those who are narrow minded or perhaps dysfunctional in some way or haven't the imagination to be creative will only condemn and prevent others from moving ahead.

A good illustration comes to mind to depict such useless characters is the CRABS that were placed in a basin and each time one crab tries to climb out the rest of the Crags just cling in to them and none can get out. This fits very well in this scenario!

Lets cool our nuts and as SC said live and let live.
Lux has a point, this is a stock market forum and not a classified section.
On the other hand SC posted his need in this forum as members here deal with investments and some may have be owners of houses and looking for buyers.
So it works both ways.
Quibit has said the members can advertise free in LBT classified and this is a very good move.
Finally Senior Citizen's request here was harmless when compared to all the political BS and mud campaign dished out by memners like DK,BB etc.
