I was looking at some reports if I can find anything good. But in the reports if I remove the revaluations, sale of shares (other income) the remaining income is just flat, if lucky -5% to +5%. I was wondering how these companies are going to keep the profit level steady. I mean you can't sell your portfolio, your ships, your hotels or reevaluate your assets all the time. Although some of the companies have a nice looking PE ratio they were the result of extraordinary income.
