No, I said what I think and my ideas as well I buy share before it moves and I tell others, too if you want you can buy this.
I think AEL will give me a good profit and it will move up. Now I buy and when it goes up, I sell it.

If not what I should do, it is not a promotion. I see many people buy share when it moves up and then they put them 2 or 3 rupees up.

That is what all do.....! So it is difficult to go up....!

They do trading I do invest, what a promotion is it?

My personal view is that Port City Project is the beginning of new era for the development of the country. Of course some terms (like full ownership of the lands) to be seriously looked at and agreed upon prior to work start. By putting pause on the project, county has lost the investor confidence in a big way.

Whoever comes to power should positively looked at the project and give them the green light.

AEL will have direct positive impact of the project as they will have a very good chance to become nominated subcontractor for the Chinese turnkey contractors.

JKH Share Prices will have indirect positive impact due to investor confidence and also the top line impact to the overall group performances.

Do not mislead the people.
Port City has not started yet or no order given to start it by anybody.

Cabinet gave approval to start an Environment Assessment study.
It will take months to complete (the study) and then they are going to decide . By that time , Sri Lanka could be under control of somebody else who has much cordial relations with China. ! Then no EA needed !

Exactly guys it's nothing to do with Port City and JKH also AEL and Port City even though there is a connection, it is not 100% replicate on the Share Market, it's all depends on You and I, the buyers and sellers, when buyers are interested in certain share automatically the demand increases therefore the price also move upwards, vice versa when there is less demand the price depreciates. It's basic economics. Yes up to some extent there will be a chance of upward trend, due to the behavioral changes of Investors, but I don't think it will appreciate from 22 level to 50 over night. No one can predict share market and the prices. There for stick to the basics, and invest in a potential and fundamental shares.
