These discussions are going on,most probably the company will get the approval. Reducing the cut off price may effect the companies side not from sec side. The only issue from existing ordinary share holders may be against on it. How ever reducing the cut off price may benifit to existing ordinary share holders as well. Companies cash position will increase in that scenario. All are in win win situation. I feel somthing can happen this time.
