this is possible. 80% have owners. see balance sheet and cash flow. they have money to pay this amount. NAV 137

after dividend , sometimes they will sell this company.

If they pay a dividend as 45/-, most of the dividend will go to RICH. Its like transfering dividend from account to account. Very few dividend will go to public. How ever paying 45/- is not a dream too. NZBOY is correct.

45.00 is real.

They seem to have enough cash for that.

This is by far the best dividend I've seen.

45 dream.. can't ...4.50 possible ...few months flch they publish 0.50 in share price rs.2 after that next day publish 0.05.....

45/- dividend by KGAL will create 0.44 EPS for RICH. (one time)

Approx 2016 YY EPS of RICH may go near 1.20

Dear Chinwi,

Even KGAl pay dividend or not, there is no impact on RICH EPS. Any way the consolidation process take the total profit to RICH group accounts.

Only thing is RICH will get a cash inflow of .44 per share. That has no impact on RICH Profit and loss account.

Just to correct the technical mistake.

This could be a typo.
It is excellent if KGAL can afford the dividend payment of Rs.45/= per share.

Once upon a time i had aruond 17,000 shares. Ohh now i dont have any. There turnover,profit every thing dropped in Last 3 years of time. PE ratio went to sky high.. but what happend now. 45/- Dividend from past earnings...
