It depends on the trader, investor or valuation model. In a bull market bullish groups may give worth at over Rs.300/. On the other hand value players might look for great value and they might calculate how much it is worth. Base on P/E ratio it is looking good. Further analysis on their business could lead to identifying clear picture. Great future Value, bigger picture and their business model are things to study. Haven’t gone yet into their business yet due to time limit. A market has lot of value stocks with great potential. Market P/E should be around 10 if we remove few over valued counters from the market.

In a bull market p/e ratio could expand even above 20. Stock prices go up accordingly.

There is the Deal and takeover after the split and Mandatory offer price 27.50 per share.
SFL.N and SFL.P better to buy before split, after split both are will move up
After split there is the more buyers for this finance company and easy to move up.

SFL.P is a non-voting, non-convertible, non-cumulative preference share with a right to an additional 10 cents dividends over the ordinary share.
Non-voting ordinary shares normally trade at around 70% of the price of the voting share. This preference share has a few extra benefits when compared to a non-voting ordinary share. One is the extra dividends and the other is priority over ordinary shares in the case of winding up. It also has the same book value and EPS as an ordinary voting share.
So considering 70% of the value of the ordinary voting share and assuming the ordinary voting share trades at Rs. 185 in the market .the preference share should trade at Rs. 129.00 So the current market price of Rs. 60.00 major opportunity for buy.

SFL.P more Attractive price trading it should be trading at 120.00
SFL.P After Split it will move up more than 12.00+
SFL.P very illiquid stock , major opportunity for buy
only 3 day for split high buying presure will come and go up 100 levels.

SFL.P worth it than SFL . price wise , qty wise it is easy to push up .
I think some one start to push that so easily it will go up
only two days left for the Sub division date so it will reach 70/= before that date
