market will be bullish depend on UNHRC report.I hope UN will not place sanctions against LK. so foreign investors will pour to CSE

I think it will depend on what the report finds out and what they recommend to fix the problems if there were.

Market will react on how the government react to the reccommendations. If the recommendations are short term measurable ones, it will be difficult fot the GoSL to not adhere. If they adhere it will be good but if they did not there will be further pressure from them which will be bad for the market.
