If we buy CPRT Right in our normal trading activity how to make the payment for the CPRT-Right conversion. In normal course we can attach the payment with Right issue Application but in the case of CPRT Right in our CDS Account how to make the payment through broker firm? is it necessary to inform the broker firm or any other methods available to make the payment?

yes if you bought CPRT .R then you need to inform your broker to pay and take as normal for you and you need to keep available fund in your account . some broker firm pay in credit as well. but you need to check before with them.

if you bought CPRT.R in your normal trading activity then you don't need to fill any form or documents

Under this Rules before end of this year

1. a minimum public holding of 20% of its total Ordinary voting Shares in the hands of a minimum of 750 public
shareholders; or

2. a market capitalization of Rs.500,000,000/- of its public holding in the hands of a minimum number of 500 public
shareholders whilst maintaining a minimum public holding of 10%.
As stipulated in the said Listing Rules the Company is also requaired to have 15% of its total Ordinary voting Shares in the
hands of a minimum number of 500 public shareholders on or before 31st December, 2015 and bring the public holding
to 20% on or before 31st December, 2016.

I guess ...Sub division is the right decision to comply with the rule 1 before end of December 2015 . after sub division this illiquid shares will liquidity then share holders should be hold by more than 500 easily...

after few months later I will get chance to trade/ make profit ..

Not Only CPRT .. I loaded my PF by most of the illiquid which is announce for sub division already (PARA , AUTO , OFEQ).
and waiting for some more SLND KZOO HUEJ..... Very Happy

CPRT still best to buy ..the reason even after split it doesn't exit more than 20 000 share in the market...

in the Illiquid stock CPRT is the best ..

even after Split it will cost 160/= according to the today price ..

last Quater report show good profit for the CPRT ..

they will show more this time and they got rights money as well..

compare with other illiquid (all more than 2000/=) CPRT is the best ...

CPRT Net Asset Value Increase After Rights Issue Nearly 800.00

CPRT Total Issued Shares 60,017 and CDS Qty 56,000 Shares,

CPRT After Share Split also this very illiquid Stock.

CPRT after Share Split it will move up 500 levels.

CPRT buy and keep it for 3 months then it will go again more than 1000/= after split... it means today price like 10000/= worth.

AUTO happened long time ago traded 1000 then
they split by 10 now AUTO again trading 1200/= ...
now they split by 10 again

CPRT is the best illiquid stock as I said .. no worries buy and keep it .. you can make more than 5 times profit ...

otherwise note this and keep in your mind the time will teach you

I post to buy when its 1400 after again I post to buy when it's 1800 now it's over 2000 still not late to buy if you brought cprt definitely u can get good profit.
