My point is if more and more competition is expected due to new tech developments, more and more value additions all companies may try.. Some may satisfy with the niche market they can operate with, some may go for new markets.. however; customer will get the benefit not the telecom companies..Even with these latest technology additions, whose looking at those in a wide angle? Whose gonna obtain such services.. It takes time.. so ROI may take 2-3 yrs..
Rather, what telecom companies need to think is improving the service level for existing customers, the clarity of voice base services sometimes poor, the signal coverage is hilarious..
I'll be looking into this sector more if they ever advertise something that benefit the crowd at large.. still I'm neutral on this ;-)
