Buy carefully with considering

DPL- will not recover soon may be long time.
CLPL- may be soon
PHAR- land sale is announced

BUT GREG's debt is very high.

ACCORDING TO THE INDEPENDENT ADVISORY REPORT OF TAP (wchich issued recently over the mandatory offer which expired 12.10.2015)
THEY VALUED GREG.N NET ASSET PER SHARE TO RS.24/-.
SO,,, RS.14/- AND RS.15/- LEVELS ARE SOOOO COMFORTABLE...

I agree about the valuation. But don't forget there are better counters in the investment trusts sector.

To be honest , I will not buy GREG even now. It may go up but I don't believe that this is a wise idea.

Try to compare with other companies then you will see the results. Anyway it is up to you.

IN OUR MKT THERE ARE ALWAYS GOOD COUNTERS FROM THE START...

JKH, BFL, HNB, NDB, GRAN, BUKIT, COLO ETC.,...

OTHERS ARE GARBAGE............

Why do you mention other sectors which I have not talked about. I clearly mentioned to compare GREG in the SAME SECTOR( INVESTMENT TRUSTS) such RHL, GUAR, CFI,CINV,...

see what happened to JKH......
