So aint it important to find out how funds comes to these, there may be several possibilities
1) Existing share holders exit from there current holdings to enter to IPOs
2) Existing share holders increase their investment by pumping more funds
3)Totally new Investors joins to cse with there money
4) Foreign investors pump funds to cse
5) Investments funds invest money which they even collected from listing in cse
1) Existing share holders exit from there current holdings to enter to IPOs
This option may lead for fundamentals to be stagnant and even to drop as lot of investors do clear and exit for bettor prospects, may be
But there may not be a actual pump of funds
2) Existing share holders increase their investment by pumping more funds
If this happens it seems real good cuz they are well experienced and do know what they are investing for
3)Totally new Investors joins to cse with there money
i think this is happening mostly , and the advertising for the new is high with various promotional activities, the newesters may lead to panic selling or may be looking for huge gain quickly, and even just invested in according to what broker advices . But more funds do come
4) Foreign investors pump funds to cse
if this happens sounds realy nice,, but actually in current situation of CSE with manipulators and inside trading i am not so much confident on this option
5) Investments funds invest money which they even collected from listing in cse[/b]
This also seems to happen with privet placements and leads the retailers in dilemma and may be in danger also.
so due to some of these causes i think the market is getting red , fundamentals stagnant and for unbelieveable rallys and huge losses and even profits,,
would like to have valuable comments o regarding this , to have some idea how the market will play in the upcoming days . which will be more informative for new and for new investments..
