Some shares got huge publicity before the reports and promoters and brokers pushed up the prices using rumors. Due to this, those shares were already over heated when the reports came out and had unexpected freezing or even dropping in prices even though they reported very good EPS. (chicken)
If a share didn't get such push before the reports it may go up after the reports if they show good EPS. There are such shares in the market. Unfortunately , overshadowed by Bhumiputras and Sinhaputras in this forum.
