Why should finance companies go up? they need to pay higher tax according to the new budget, so their profit margin is going to shrink.

And their loans to sme is going to face competition from banks. (They'll get new leading businesses but with vehicle price going up......)

Ceasing of leasing business from commercial banks will good for finance companies but not good for potential vehicle buyers through leasing.

Generally banks are able to offer leasing at lower rate dues to there ability secure funds at lower rate than finance companies.

I see huge drop in vehicle imports next yr, vehicle prices has gone up by very high amount from the budget and due to cancellation of permits there will be less demand for vehicle also. Vehicle emissions test is now 5000 bucks also.

However Finance companies will double their Turnover next year, Impairments will also increase from considerable amount.Can expect prifits to be increase from 30 - 40% in next Finance year.Companies like VFIN,LFIN have a 40.00% growth in current year will keep the momentum and increase their profits from 40 - 50% in next year..Corporate Tax hike will not be a major issue as Finance Companies will have the Interest Rate Advantage.( No Banks to offer lower Rates )

COCR is now a overvalued share, Performance were not upto the expectations.On the other hand VFIN,LFIN,PLC always have a steady,strong,continuous growth..I.e why I always prefer these three finance shares..
