These three stocks will be the immediate future of CSE being the leaders in each sectors.

The expected Boom in the  housing , hospitals and other large scale buildings/condos will directly support to improve the bottom line of ACL Cables.

The massive development projects in the pipeline and other concessions granted to the construction sector+ Foreign construction companies now have to do their activities as JV  or in collaboration with local companies will provide a boost to the AEL bottom line in future.. Further AEL now being a well diversified company will have every chance to break the all time high time price in near future.

The expected Boom in the housing and other medium to large scale projects due to budget proposals, with holding tax concessions to the majority of  private sector employees, low interest rates, low taxes provide by the budget to import building materials and tiles will provide a great boost to the bottom line of PARQ.

PARQ is the only manufacturing company in Sri Lanka which manufacture tile motar and tile grout. PARQ bottom line is mainly supported by the Aluminum business. Aluminum now trading at lowest price levels in the world mkt.

Hence PARQ entering to three digit share price in near future is not a dream any more.

There for forget the temporary ASI movements and have your portfolios fill with above three stocks.

The future is belong to these three shares.

Do not delay to take your positions

It is not easy to new companies to straight away come to the construction business. Tenders are offered to companies which have experience in handling of scale projects earlier previously. Hence AEL is in the fore front get get these projects in future.

Further AEL seems already balance the negative side of their approach to politicians being too close with previous Govt heads. At present their relationship with the new Govt seems OK.

We could possibly witness the results of these developments from AEL bottom line in time to come.

I don't want to give explaination of how Politicians could screw the government tenders and give it to their favourites.
It is good if your latter part of statement true.

The B.O.I. chairman has already mentioned the Port city project will re start from Jan 2016 onwards.

It's a Boom for all of above three companies.

Doing well breaking barriers such as year end sale, holiday season for fund managers, manipulation with the support of bankrupt politicians,...

My deepest sympathy for thosewho sold their PF due to negative comments with or without intention by some people.

Yet to come benefits of budget corporate tax reduction(15%),leasing portion to leasing companies, currency depreciation benefit to export companies....further to gods will to good rain for hydro power compoanies..

Imagine what will happen from 1st week of January... Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

AEL has to catch up the lost glory as well. This share was trading Rs40 plus levels exactly one year back.

This came down not because of the company performances but purely due to political matter.

Now all are over. This will sky rocketed very quickly.
