this is very illiquied share in the market reason for star
1.CSD list only around 490,000 shares
2.asset valuve Rs.214
3.SINGER HOLD around 88%
4.SINI DISPOSED TOTAL STAKE of SINGER investment AND GOT BIG CAPITAL GAIN.
5.Discontinue operation of TV plant.
6.2nd MAJOR shareholder holding only 250,000 share all others mager shareholder holding very small quantity.
7.Singer has a best brand name in sri lanka
8.Balance sheet and Financial reports are solid.
so carefully study the company and trading pattern last few weeks even this price may be good try to have atleast 100 share with your investment list.
