Big portion of my portfolio is in SAMP but i'm not selling it anytime soon because there Pe ratio is less than 6 right nw. Still i wont recommend anyone to invest in banking shares due to several reasons.

Dear Jayathu...
I have also SAMP in my portfolio with high portion But I tried to sell some of them today due to the market condition to control sector investment limit. Anyway it is true what you said about SAMP which is one of the best one to pick in the banking sector. Comparing SAMP with other banking shares , most of them are needed price corrections also some are inflated again according to my view of investment.

Also your attached article sounds with true information.

Also margin facilities are reduced to some investors due to stock brokers seriously fear about the current market conditions and stopped for many investors as they have not met the conditions of agreement. This is a critical situation that stock brokers are not encouraging further investment through margin for a while.

I feel, the real effect fully hit banks in 2016 financial year. For the financial year 2015 it has the marginal strike. Isn't it?
