Then who is selling JKH for 140 Shocked

? Thats why I tell JKH together with COMB going to take market to S.outh while the other set of stocks trying to take the market to North. Don't wait to realize your pt=rofit based on ASPI figure. Market has not yet adjusted for the next direction.

i think they made bottom at 140,now from tomorrow jkh will fly. who bought at 140 was a lucky guy

I think no body sold Jkh Rs.140/- ...
Because when i divid turnover to no of shares....Its give me Rs150.20 as an Avg....

That was an erroneous transaction and was reversed subsequently

@nimantha, you're right. No one knows whats happening with JKH.

I think CMP is good to enter but i'm worried about JKH.

JKH is having hard time selling there waterfront project. There sales growth has come down drastically last few months.

What will be the medium - long term impact on JKH and others functioning in and around Colombo with the arrival of the Giant ?

PORT CITY - with acre of additional lands, modern neighbourhood and sea looking environment.

Two scenarios :
1. Value of others to go up with rich man coming to the area with ultra modern facilities . Those who cannot afford the top area and new service providers may flock to grab places in outer circle.

2. New area is more than enough to cater the customers and everybody wants to be there and those who are in existing land area may have to wait years to gain value.
