During last Month Maize price up to 188 levels also. now again it start to drop hopefully next two week it will touch around 150. this is very good for GRAN, TAFL , CIC and BFL

these counters are massive undervalue. and all other technical indicates buying. these counters move very fast according to ASI

this is what i seen in BFL Annual report.

Our joint-venture feedmill commenced production in June 2016 and this now enables us to have a total vertical integration of our poultry production operations

Hard to read & understand the H&S pattern unless someone explains it clearly.....Is this pattern only for BFL? How about TAFL & GRAN?

Maize Price is same level more-than two weeks. it will be fall to 150 level also. last month it 189 level.

we can see positive outlook for Chicken stock.

Good Performance.

Breaking 185 level is very key point. next technical barrier is around 230

1)Fundamentally support
2)ASI on Bull mode

Still I am not satisfying with BFL result . net profit margin is fewer than required. It posted this revenue with other income not from the core businesses. I don't feel much interest to enter these shares. Once 3 Indian poultry companies come with ETCA , they are expecting produce 2million kg per month.
How ever want to think twice before playing with innocent animals lives.
Don't think money is every thing...all the animals have a right to survive.

Share of Profit from Joint Venture Companies :- this income is Regular in come but still it 3 millions

these two performing very well. according to previous year tax ratio (76 Millions for entire Year income taxes)

but this quarter nearly 37 Millions (last year same quarter Nearly 13 Millions)and finance cost is up nearly 6 million. they can improve it very easily

key points
Price Band increase and nearly 30 Rupees up.
New factory will operating from June. we can expect some profit from this also.

this year also they can make over Rs 35. current price is 180 level

if you want you can collect some amount of stocks tomorrow bcz BFL has working according to technical charts.

short term 25% Possible.

Other Operating Income = 26 Millions
Income Tax Expense = 13 Millions

2016. 30.06 Quarter
EPS = 7.43
Other Operating Income = 2 Millions
Income Tax Expense = 36 Millions

Differences
Other Operating Income = 24 Millions

effect of EPS =47/16 =2.9

If we compare core business EPS(2015. 30.06 Quarter and 2016. 30.06 Quarter) according to current environment

2015. 30.06 Quarter =9.02 -2.9 =6.1
2016. 30.06 Quarter =7.43

Key Points
they can improve core business EPS
1)New Factory (Mill operation from June)
2)Price band is increased

feedmill :- I think they went to this option bcz to increased productions of meat and other related materials.

Revenue 955m, PBT 159m, PBT margin 16.6%

BFL Q2 16
Revenue 956m, PBT 152m, PBT margin 15.9%

QoQ almost the same revenue. Only issue was expenses have gone up a little bit. But when the revenue grows profitability should follow.

@Targrt, Yes you are correct. I agree with you sir,
Compare to last year I am totally different in emotionally.
There was an incident which changed my life .
Time to time people may get some decisions.
As example if a smoker stop smoking from last year to this year?
No issue we talk about investment here no need to go for personal Agendas.
How ever in BFL,TAFL and GRAN comparison GRAN should trade in a 3 digit figure with many reasons. Still GRAN is too undervalue share based on earnings nearly 200 rupee value and aset value stands around 70 so based on world market price to book value standards GRAn should be traded above 100/-.
