CITK has announced that they are going to build an Ayurveda Spa in Kalpitiya land.

They have downsized the original design to suit with current situation of the Country, Area and budget .

Kalpitiya Region was not developed by the government as expected and if anyone spend money to build a big hotel it will be a disaster.

Original CITK was a higher grade design to cater the planned Kalpituya Tourism region . The plan was to develop international level infrastructure from Puttalam to kalpitiya lagoon and then to Vilpattu . It never happened .
