I would like to know if there are recent updates regarding the LOFIN (Lanka ORIX Finance Co.) Listing Question

if going to listed,they may go for IPO rather than going for introduction,due to limited cash flows.........will be a good one if private placement and bla bla things not going to affect heavily.
remember that LOFIN and CLC are two of the LOLC's key cash generating subsidiaries........so this would be a great one to watch Cool

If you ask from CBSL or from the SEC they known Lanka ORIX Finance as LOFIN.
(Then CBSL and SEC will become funny places as for you)

And also if you can review my first question back, in there also I have clearly mentioned the meaning of LOFIN with in brackets.
Also the objective of this questions is to know recent updates regarding LOFIN listing process.(Which is going to be happened)
Then any fool will know, this/LOFIN as private limited company. (not a listed company)

Also I have asked this question only from guys who know about LOFIN.
(For example Mark has given a remarkable answer to my question. Because he knows about LOFIN)

There is no official news yet I guess but if it does this is one to watch as it is LOLC's cash cow right now. It has a stable history also.
