We all know timing is the name of the game, specially when it comes to warrants.

I have bought few thousand of JKH W and discussed my opinion on an upward movement of the warrant, However, seems to be more and more Selling is coming due to closing the conversion date. Therefore, if anybody who bought for trading rather than converting to main share, now its time to shred and lower the possible losses.

However, I will hold on to a quantity which I am able to convert on the warrant expiration.

I have fear. JKH N has decreased from 158.40 to 153.50.
Does it go further down or should again up? Should I hold more time? Please advise

Only well experienced person can handle this JKHW0023, this warrant can’t be possessed for more than one day have to buy at day’s low price and have to sell at day’s maximum price irrelevant to purchase price, here the purchase quantity is the consideration.

@gayaniwasana- My suggestion is to wait till next week without selling. Market is correcting towards this level due to month end credit clearance and profit taking.
If there is a considerable dip in next week too, better to exit and buy again when price is lower (Unless you have holding power for long time and you are not on credit.)

I'm pretty sure you cannt wait for weeks if you do not intend to convert the warrant. Price movements are rapid, specially with the warrant because many hold this for trading purposes. You have to be on your feet and take quick decisions. To sell or convert? I think holding at this level is out if you are aiming trading gains. Then sell and buy back low (say 2-3 levels and see).

For an example, if somebody sold their holding at the moment I started this thread (@ 6.70/6.80) they could have bought back at a lower price (@ 6.00) or hold till next week to by further low, they could have easily reduce the loss.

Play this warrant game carefully....it's journey doesn't look good. So was it elder brother w22. It may have a slight push at the end of it's life. If you are not converting then be careful.

Remember it has a expiry date. But JKH is good. I have mentioned this in my previous post as well

JKH N crossing of 900,000 shares at rs 150, shows the true intrinsic value of JKH W and market value of the JKH N at this juncture. If you have warrants which you have o intention to convert, then its time to shred off. Even you are willing to convert them, better sell now and buy warrants back when panic created to sell off warrants.

Its look like the warrent holders who were assigned at the initial allocation time are going to subscribe for it. May be towards the close of the expiary date some will be interesting to buy if there is a value fifference between exercise price and market price.
