Ok @teller. Pls give your suggetions without repeating same thing over and over. Share your knowlede on the good shares with the other fellow members.

Currently i strongly recommend REXP, all charts including PV and VAROOM , and fundementals PV outer and inneres set REXP price to 320. Volumes traded against prices vs weighted averages of course REXP must touch 320 LKR per share. The mixed pattern is better than APLA, remember when i recommend APLA around 75, my first target was 98 and there after it was 112, but unbelievably it climbed to 118 levels, same pattern REXP can follow.

Overall the market sentiment does not favour this share at a time when political uncertainty is prevailing as at now. Furthermore, book value of this overvalued share is only Rs 140/= with no assurance of future positive growth under the prevailing circumstances.
Past performance is not a predictor of future performance. There is cloud of uncertainty ahead so don't burn your fingers. Consider the future prospects which is very gloomy.
Don't trust the broom & brush analysis which are jargons to promote this share.
Selling and getting out is advisable especially when market is falling!

What do you think about CFVF?

AEL will coem down to 16.50 level.

REXP can come down to 140/= levels.

Lets see who s correct . There is no reason Rexp to come down 140/_ , i had proper analysis. REXP must touch 320 levels. Remember why Cocr has baught rexp ? Due to deprecition of rupee REXP revenue can increase due to export sales. I have grate factor china vs America trade war may be benifited to rexp. All technical factors are fully ok even fundementals. I predict a share with proper analysis not blindly. Let see time will prove it.

@samantarian, you are totally wrong. I predicted AEL to come down when it was trading positive political environment as well and trading price around 21 levels. I predicted AEL 16.40 to come down in late august not in september. Its not an one night forcast as you say.

What you must realize is at that time a certain political outcome had a very high probability and it so happened things have changed causing confusion & uncertainty, and that's the reason the market as a whole is coming down. It had nothing to do with your fortune telling. Things can again turnaround in the near future.

Your analysis cannot include all variables that affect a stock market and that's impossible. REXP with an NAV of 140/= in all probability will come down. Past is not a good predictor of future and furthermore, when market is falling your promotion is inappropriate and misleading innocent investors.
Also your promotion of REXP under an inappropriate thread also shows that you are trying to misdirect investors which is ethically wrong.

There is no misleading here. I know the value and how to calculate it . If any one believe they can buy and others can avoid . I recommend a stock rarely even i recommend through basis . Once 120 + factors to be satisfied to go ahead from my side. Thats the reason Tellers shares are having strong price stability. As i told ealier valuation never depend on Net asset value. Even so many ways to mislead the NAVPVs. If we bios to net asset value against CTC and NEST , they should trade today around 50 LKR. We have to consider return on net assets as well as cash flow per share , earning per share as well as a dividend particular share can produce. For me these are very basic analysis. After these basics we have to utilize some technical secenarios . Getting a final conclusing is never easy as we think. By proving all of these factors including pv inner outer also VARoom , i strongly believe Rexp upto 320 LKR

Don't compare CTC & NEST with REXP, its like comparing mountain & a molehill to mislead investors.

You are a traditional investor not modern , REXP also 1 billion + company . Check the financial why commercial credit has purchased it . See the annualized earnings and growth of dividends. Your tr
aditional analyser saying here Net asset value. Net asset value factor is outdated & my concern is another 100 plus factors. Ill open a new post related REXP. I see the technical turnaround for REXP towards to 98% . Definitely it must go up. Think why i didnt recommend REXP prior to 4 moths earlier but now. I can see that hidden chart. Teller said is said

A news within next 48hrs will put an end to confusion & uncertainty and you can witness AEL touching 20 in no time.

He must be referring to part of bond scam report.
this is another ploy as everything else has failed. Baseless allegations.

Seeing a lot of similar cheap posts and threads in this forum..people who bought high are promoting the share by saying price will go up to imaginative target prices of their own, without any facts. People who missed the train say price will go down stating all kinds of baseless bullshit.

Nothing seems to work to bring down AEL. Broom analyst is misleading new comers. Beware, do your analysis based on future prospects.

Don't publish dirty articles and mislead new comers ...Previous election time  AEL ran from 22 to 42 range...This time It will reach  Rs.25 with support of political back pane.. 

Previous Quarter   EPS 2.33 Net Asset 22 ..This one achieved AEL  at their hard times.Think support of political  impact what will happen to AEL share..will BLAST...
