These all are part of the dirty game. Local businessman manipulate the market artificially with their own foreign companies . SOftlogic holding group is going to bankruptcy now. They are shortage of huge cash thats the reason they issued debentures . At leat another 5 billion requires to run the business. I believe SHL share price will come below 10/-

From begining i was recomeding this share , even earlier prior to split. You can read my articles . How ever recent market doesnt have wings. So 50:50

Softlogic Life Insurance PLC, a unit of Softlogic Holdings PLC and the country’s third largest life insurer said, it finalised two landmark deals to the tune of US $ 30 (Rs.5.6bn) million.

Development financial institutions Finnish Fund for Industrial Coorporation Ltd. (Finnfund) and the Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing Countries (Norfund) collectively signed a US $ 15 million Tier II subordinated debt transaction with Softlogic Life on August 24, 2020.

Actually, AAIC has nothing in future. Their businesses are highly growing means, they take higher risk than other Life Insurance Companies. Actually, they do not know how to control the financial risk of Life company. They will understand long future and share price will come down. But,We can play with risk seeker. bounce

cash shortage may be the reason that softlogic issued debentures. So any reason the share went up yesterday? tell me something about DFCC too if you have any idea.

How Can there be a cash shortage?

They have 20 billion invested in Bank deposits + bonds and share market (nearly 1.9Bil, ~10%)
and have 336 as cash. even we set off Bank overdraft still they have 20.3 billion financial assets which can be easily converted to cash. which is 54/= per share

Bonds they hold are above 12.5% per year long term ones so short term lower interest rates will not hurt them much, but new business acquisition will be a problem if the economic downturn continues

With Softlogic Holding coming out of default board with a heavy loss they may dispose some subsidiaries.AAIC could be in front.
