When I was analyzing the ASI movement in the last few years I noticed a pattern from 2013 onward.
2013
January 02 - 5683
March 05 - 5626
April 30 - 5953
2014
January 02 - 5968
March 14 - 5896
April 30 - 6223
2015
January 02 - 7348
March 30 - 6782
April 30 - 7179
2016
January 04 - 6867
March 09 - 5862
April 30 - 6516
2017
January 02 - 6192
March 08 - 6095
April 30 - ????
In each year the ASI has started high from the beginning of January and come to a low in somewhere in March. Then it has moved high in April each year reversing the decline. This can easily be explained using charts but I couldn't upload them.
This year also the same is happening imo. ASI started at 6192 and come down to 6095 so far on 08.03.2017. It might go down further or move around in this month.
My feeling is market will move upwards in April. Its not going to move continuously but may be in April and May and then might come down.
I am not a technical expert but an observation only.
