Most probably if they announce an attractive right issue price can appreciate further. Do not forget directors are continuously buying this share and it had foreign purchase recently.

Lankem Development PLC (LDEV) is a plantation company with the potential to give at least 200% gain in another 6 months.

LDEV has Assets to the tune of Rs 6.6 billion and while it's highly geared the company is eyeing a turnaround. Its main income driver, Agarapatana Plantations Pvt Ltd, which is among the biggest plantations located in the Agras valley region in Sri Lanka, yielding nearly 1.5 million kg's of Black Tea each year benefited immensely due to the increased price of Tea. The first Quarter of 2021 saw the high prices of tea in the last 5 years while prices are expected to increase.

While currently trading at Rs 4.5, we expect the prices to reach Rs 14 in the near future as earnings stabilise amid higher prices for Ceylon tea.
