Yes it's bigger than the HEXP deal

Some where around 20 would be its current value.

CSD, really a more dividend paid company. last time paid RS.1.10, Almost 10% dividend yield. CSD dividend yield and dividend payout are very higher compare to industry.

Going by past trends and six months performance, I expect that CSD will declare Dividend of Rs 1.20 per share during Feb-2021.

This would result in a projected yield of 9.2% based on CMP of Rs 13.00 per share, which is among the highest in the CSE.

@cheetah,

100% corrected you.,

Most of the people didn't consider CSD. But, CSD is the best dividend stock. the last ime, they paid Rs.1.10 as a dividend even earned EPS 1.30. this time can expect a dividend over Rs.1.30 per share.

Today some positive sign of property stocks.

So many members asked about CSD, i found below (do your own Analysis )

CSD net asset value per share - 33 Rupees
Annualized EPS - 1.50 LKR
Dividend per share above 1+ LKR
Trading price 1/3 of NAVPS

CSD last 5 years continously paid dividends. Csd and onal can be hidden gems. Onal also very less selling below 30

CSD has been paying good dividend, increasing every year. Based on past trends and latest results, I expect that the company will declare a minimum dividend of Rs 1.20 in Feb '21. That's a dividend yield of 8.8% based on current market price of Rs 13.70 per share.

Disclosure: I hold a significant quantity of CSD shares.

@celtic tiger: Show me one other property sector counter that yields 8.8% p.a.

In these volatile times, I am sticking to high dividend yield shares, and have been biased towards CSD & LLUB. Both have given me decent capital appreciation, but it's the yield that I bought them for.
