Fundamental shares are going at a high PE ratio. Even the ones which are showing under 20 P/E are having that because they have sold something huge in the last 4 quarters.

yes, it was because of unhealthy conditions prevailing in the market, there is no room for rapid growth in the CSE despite remarkable earnings registered by most of the listed companies. Gambling cannot be justified in a share market under any circumstances. Only way out of this mess is greater respect for corporate financial results and a market driven mainly on corporate earnings. Positive announcements and improving future prospects for businesses need to be reflected. New funds and investments would come to a market that actually reflect those earnings.
