DIST didn't drop much even in this bear market. DIST is one of the conglomerate still trading lower PER. Gaja, what's you opinion on that?

I personally feel this is one of the best counter at this prize level for long term investment, definitely they will come up with the investment plan with the money they have presently, i am waiting for the annual report to see whether Mr HJ is going to refer anything in the annual report.

I had a chat with my senior partner about this share, he told he bought some shares at the IPO which still he holds even today, and because of sub divisions and dividends he told his present cost is nill

so do your own analysis before entering any type of transactions

When did they publish the last report, as per 31.03.2009 family members having more than 1 million shares, so i think it MAY be an internal transfer between family members
