Now days Who cares RSI, this is a very primary indicator
, think out of box always. We should not be traditional investors. RSI is not a measurement for future earning s, future capabilities , RSI is just a graph , very basic tool. Buy based on fundementals. But correct entry /support level should be understood . Based on those values rewrite a graph. Then you can understand the trend . As trend is your friend always,so try to create a trend line. Simply fundementals vs technicals. Then you will get a ratio. Then multiple with current share price. Then figure will come. If figure plus , you have to add, if its negative it should minus from current share price. Its complicated some times its boaring,some times interesting . As i live with these, i see the pattern. I can not tell all. You do home work

With MGT’s order book being full & capacity expansion coupled with LKR depreciation, MGT is expected to have a bumper quarter in Q2. Massive EPS for H1 expected. More over it is yet to take off following the recent C19 outbreak. Currently trading at a massive discount to expected earnings multiples. Current price can easily double after Q2 results. Their biggest client NIKE recently reported surge in revenues and profits.

This is not a buy or sell recommendation. Do your own analysis.

i also felt the same, this might come down further and it has firm support on 18-20 level if it breaks 23.

Short term trading patterns are not too relevant if you are making an investment. At 23/- levels MGT is not only fundamentally strong but also has super future earnings potential. It all depends if you are planning to trade or invest in this share. My earlier comment was for an investment, not for trading. There is no fundamental reason why this counter should drop any further - except Covid related.

As I mentioned on Monday, MGT is heating up now! Decent collection last few days. This is now nicely placed for an amazing run as super earnings expected for Q2 and beyond with full order book! This is the next Hayleys group stocks to hit new heights similar to other Hayleys counters such as DIPD, HAYC, HAYL etc.

I don’t think any hidden agenda. If look at all previous earnings MGT has always reported in USD. Ex rate gain just see usd statement where you can clearly see the H1 performance outperforming last year and well and H1 meeting almost last years full years result. Please study the reports more carefully. You can also see net cash position has increased by 1.3mn usd in addition to superb earnings.

There are several Criteria to select Reporting Currency as per IFRS.

Since there earnings and Purchases done via USD they have to use USD as reporting Currency. Almost all Apparel Companies such as Brandix, MAS, TJL us USD as reporting Currency.

TJL do Currency translation and Upload Only LKR financials to CSE. But MGT upload USD Financials with LKR translation.

Whether its LKR or USD, you can't hide the fact that company is doing well! Their major buyer is NIKE and the order book is full until 2021/22. No hiding the fact that MGT is doing extremely well with 7x PER (H1 annualised EPS) and 1.3mn USD positive cashflow. I feel its severely undervalued.

Just prior to Q2 results, it was trading at 11x annualised Q1 EPS. Just imagine if you apply 11x to H1 annualised EPS (1.5x2x11 = 33LKR per share).

MGT is a good share for investors. Earlier, they made losses few yrs back. After recording continuous profit, They are distributing it to shareholders. I have seen this practice in all Mr.Dammika's companies. They are not like LOLC. They fairly share the success!!

My portfolio consists of HAYL shares majorly

DIPD / HAYC / HAYL / TPL

Look above 4 companies. They pay good dividends.

You are absolutely correct. Even I and every one I met hate this LOLC group because Unlike Mr. DAMMIKA's group of companies they never share their success to the company share holders. But still I hold LOFC because I had a feeling that this is under valued.
