Mr. Teller has explained about this share in his video and considering the expected future cash flows this is very much under valued even at current price of RS.7.80 per share.

We can expect another 10% growth in next three days with positive news spreading with the appointment of the new minister and expected financial stability !

I strongly advise however to do your own research before buying shares, only it will build confidence in you as an investor !
