Another good qtr for CFVF recording an EPS of 2.05 for Sep 2019 compared to negative 1.54 recorded last year. Net assets stand close to Rs.40/-.
They increased equty investments during 2nd qtr, hence stock market gains should get reflected going forward.

Dunamis merger with Janashakthi may need to be completed before any CFVF deal. They have to wait 10 working days from the EGM date to pay the minority shareholders and complete the merger. The 10 days end today.

I dont think they has any such plans, but were trying to sell to another party. In anycase as Market is moving and volumes are getting higher, Bond rates down, CF is set to grow their profits very much.

Bond yields are taking a nose dive, which will result in CFVF's NAV increasing. Dunamis amalgamation with Janashakthi is expected to be completed withing this week or the next, paving the way for the proposed deal

With the proposed tax cuts, liquidity will increase and the bond yields will fall steeply. Good quarters ahead for CFVF

Today some renewed interest. 218,00 shares up by 2.20. This is after 2 months or so of silence and someone was buying heavy. I dont think rate cut will happen on 30th. Possible dividend 2-4/- and also rumours re surfacing about the deal ! Interesting to see.....what unfolds.
