what is the possibility for turning the current loss making co into a company with PAT of 50Mn (approx 5% of the rights total value)

Agreed.

This valuation is is based on the forecast prepared by the Company. Investment return worked out
on debt @ 12% and equity @ 24%.

The financial statement for 3 months ended 30th June will be announced by next week.

Renuka Capital has Free cash of Rs 877 Mn and net asset of Rs 5.20.Targeting 14% on investment in debt security and 24% return on equity. Sector is trading at 1.2 times the asset value.

Based on the above up to Rs 5.80 to Rs 6.40 is possible in the short term.

BUT.

-Teller says Rs 2.50
-Agnes says Rs 3.00 to Rs 4.00
-Elahere says Rs 7.20 to Rs 10,00

Let me see after the quarterly profit figures are out next week!

I think Renuka show their dirty color again selling their own shares .if you guys carefully look the quantity sold on 6.0 , 6.30, 5.70, 5.60 then 4.60 it's clear only one who could do it only with huge lost .

PRICE TO BOOK RATIO is comparable for Companies operating in the same industry with similar risk profiles and asset bases.

for example retail businesses will not require assets and businesses in Property sector will require high asset base.

RAL trading @ a PBV of 0.6x
COCO trading @ a PBV of 0.6x
RHL trading @ a PBV of 0.5x

These companies and Renuka hotel operates in different industries.

Hence, "book keeper" type valuation will be misleading!

Without comparing group ratios , please try to compare with quoted companies in similar line of business.

Dumping by the manipulator has stopped. Buying interest has increased and less sellers in the market.

Share is on its way to reach 5.20 next week with group performance improving.

Remember the highest was 6.20.
