Focus on good fundamental and good return given past at least 5 years time.
And analysis on business of the company and its challenges and opportunities.

According to my opinion COCO.N current market price is 13.50 so buying in this rate and by considering the history in February 2020 it was around 18 and also in the past 52 weeks it has been ranged between 12 to 21.
Net asset value in the interim financial statement as at 31.12.2019 was 44. But anyway it is a under book value. So, in medium term surely it will reach up to 18. Therefore we can earn profit a profit of 37 % in this medium term.......So, based on my opinion please share your advise....

With construction industry regain,we can expect TKYO ,ACL ,RCL like wise ...
But I don't think tea plantation will recover . Plantations with Rubber ,Coconut ,Palm oil and other crops like cinnamon,Pepper will be beneficial .

Thats is good, to recommend a share to someone else, first he/she should believe his/her analyse , that means definitely they have already bought that.
what bad is, someone can recommend to buy a share when they want to unload their stocks.
so how do you we know the intention (first or second), best thing is to go with your own calculation/analysis/gut feelings.
But someone can bring here stats, figures, comparison in between performance in two consecutive years align with reports etc. even we can bring here some news, tax changes and situation changes and discuss their impact on company performance or share demand.

If you see , how they convert their negative billion cash flow to positive, some of them through 602 million right isuue and 901 million through a interest paying loans. Im sure they have taken in higher interest but the worse scenario ,they can not lend high rates now . Definitely it will be a burden for them
