IF you go for investments that NAV is mutch lesser than price please check business is continuing for decades with great EPS and dividents . never jump in to low NAV new company trading for high prices if u dont want to loose big. bcoz you paing extra price for earning potential of company (good will) its extreamy difficult to assses good will of new company.  Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Some companys in CSE has high NAVs but total crap like RHL. there huge NAV is derived by revaluations (may be manupulated) thease useless companys dont have good earnig potential but a fake huge NAV.

when u buy RHL kind company please remember only buy for trading. thease companys will have low returns and extreamly low divident.
