I thought of finding undervalued counters at this market. for the time being, I present these two
market price  NAV    fair value(target)
CFIN 80.00            202     160+

SPEN 38                 120     80+

CFIN profit-making company but spen making some losses mainly due to tourism sector loss.
If mels with losses adjusted to its book value of 35. why not spen can't move to just half of its book value.

Hi Cseguide
I saw Cflb loss down 85% to 115mn. Provision 400mn. So cash profits. NP moves from 0 (December 2019) to 4.2 Mn (June). Heavy buying last few days & maybe even today. Read many things on other forum. Hearing many positives under new Chairman SDR Arudoragasam. Run on soon???Thanks.

Lfin NAV-167 market price 138
Cfin NAV-202 MARKET PRICE 81
LFIN is a finance company only has one subsidary in Myanmar

CFIN has more than 15 subsidaries or assoicate companies including
*Central Industries PLC
*Nations Trust Bank PLC
*Tea Smallholders Factories PLC
Threfore I think CFIN is more undervalued compare to LFIN and more diversified to face current challenging environment.

As I gave my target price for CFLB it started the run from 10.60 to 13.50 today. No matter this is a 20+ share and definitely break my target of 20+ soon.
