Hi Friends

I got some info from brokers GREG selling its CLPL warrants and buying CLPL ordinary shares, as per the today GREG disclosure it bought small lot yesterday, My broker said today they collected 400,000 ordinary shares and sold some warrants. this is their smart decision. since for the warrant conversion, You have to pay rs.102 and 2011 warrants trading at 18, then ur cost is 120, So selling the warrants and buying ordinary shares @ 100 is very much cheep.

So Friends be careful playing with these warrants and specially warrant 2011. Don't buy blindly... just do some analysis

They did disclose the purchase of voting shares.. But no disclosure of selling warrants yet

YES PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH CLPL 2011 OR 2012 WARRANTS. LET GREG KEEP THEM AND PAY FOR THOSE CONVERSIONS AT THE PRICE THEY THEMSELVES DECIDED SOME TIME AGO

It's not clear that they are selling warrants. But they are purchasing ordinary shares.

Hi Friends

I heard that CLPL started to send the warrant conversion letter, tomorrow there might be announcement from the company about their conversion exercise and expiration date details.

Keep in mind u have to pay Rs.102, say, if u buy the warrant then ur cost would be about ( 102+12) = 114.

see the ordinary shares trading @ Rs.85, so try to avoid buying the warrants. otherwise u will get caught.

There might be possibility GREG will push up the voting shares for successful warrant conversion, so when ordinary shares to push up there will be parallel fluctuation to warrants also ( upward trend) so try to exit from that point.

This not a buy or sell recommendation, just my thoughts and predictions on CLPL, better own ur analysis..

Don't get caught, present mkt trend is not good.

hope our readers done the best thing to get away form the scam

In terms of the SEC directive dated 14th September 2010, the 10% price band has been imposed on CLPL.W.0012 with effect from 21st July 2011 to 27th July 2011 (both days inclusive).
