Dear friends,

ASI will test 10600 support again. (about next week)
Maharaja knows this support will be broken and index will fall back to 9000 area.

Maharaja's advised everyone this week to sell and keep cash. Some clients do not listen. They will be force sold again. Ex BIL at 7.00

Reasons ;

1.) Today harbor was not fully operating because of NO fuel. Containers are not transporting goods to ports. 30% BOI factories are non operating (wathupitiwala EPZ zone). Exports will also fall due to this.

2.) Local economy is stuck. Zero/10% activity in every sector.

3.) Interest rates are also rising.

Market can only turn if Fuel Problem is sorted.
Do not go behind HNWI tweets and get stuck. We see their activity before you. They sold their credit during 400+ 500+ points green days.

Clear credit immediately. Cash portfolios - keep holding.

Maharaja

Be Smart. Do not get caught with the selling.

Weak support - 10200
Support 1 - 9500-9600 levels
Support 2 (Major) - 9210 ( Maharaja thinks this will be final support )

Also don't sell lands and settle margin. No need to protect shark accounts who already in a big mess with credit exposures. HNWI always need you to dump their portfolios. Maharaja do not like when sharks cheat retailers. Be smart and buy low.

Thankyou
Anushka

Market will go bellow 8000. What else could be expected ? High taxes, High inflation, huge amount of money printing, High interest rates are expected soon. Only positive thing is free float of exchange rates.

Countries all over the world are grappling with high inflation but the stock markets have not crashed. In fact some have surged to very high levels. Gold/Equities/Real estate investments help to hedge inflation.

Rajini said correct. But some ministers here showing Rossi picture of our economy. Floating of exchange rates now in force, what price dollar go up coming weeks or next month? Once remaining foreign holding start sell???

Best thing is to evaluate for yourselves the recent developments and measures that are being taken to address the current crisis and decide accordingly.

In my opinion future prospects for CSE looks promising and prudent investment decisions will certainly give returns higher than from bank deposits and be a powerful hedge against inflation.GL

1. Cooperate Tax increase - (8% to 15%)
2. Cut financial support for fuel. - Transportation cost , Electricity bills, AC bills, Water bills will increased
3. Increase in interest rates

True. still there is confusion about whether its going to be technical assistance/advise or a fully fledged bail-out.

2 and 3 are definitely going to happen. 2 nd is already started and electricity rate hike will announce shortly.
Last week CB printed several billions. Still government revenue is not enough to pay salaries. If we going to reschedule loans we has to either increase cooperate tax or cut lot of government jobs
