A tea beverage company currently undergoing a right issue will be fully subscribed by owners and pump the share from 4 to 50.
Currently they dragging the price down to prevent share holders subscribing to the rights. The share will fall to 4 rupees. Once the rights are subscribed the share will jump to 50.

for as much as I am sympathetic to Heladiv (I always buy its aromatized tea bags here in Pattaya) , its balance sheets suck : equity is negative -1.57 rupees and 9 months result at 31st Dec is -1.81 loss.
This rights issue is a a much needed life vest to ward off bankruptcy , most probably share price will fall below issue price as the proceeds will be wasted to cover previous and future losses , so much for 10x dreams Laughing

Agree the share is worthless
Look at the top share holders. Previous owners holding 10% of the shares and why ?

How it move 50 with negative NAV, HVA will bankrupt soon if it continue the loss till end of 2022. Shocked
