Due to Depreciation of the rupee we can suggest to move least valve of trading from 10 cents to 1 rupee.

Trade at 1 Rupee gaps , I agree with you suggestion Sir. It’s a good move.

In fact , about 10 years ago , the gap was 25 cents. Less than 100 shares were traded on a separate board.

At 25 cents gap one could make a profit on the very next upward move and two steps upward movement made a good profit possible.

They made the trade gap 1 cent later and that helped manipulators to keep next trading below 25 cents ; which is a profit making gap , for a long time. People who did not have the holding power had to sell and the manipulative hunters collected them.

CSE created 1 cent gap to help manipulators.

1 cent gap helped manipulators play in 1 to 2 cents gap for a long time so that they collect shares of weary innocent traders who did not have holding power . If the next upward is 25 cents , they , especially the day traders could have sold it with a profit.
25 cents gap days was the time , the day trading at CSE flourished.

If we can say the Galle face struggle to include in their request list for CSE to revert to 25 cents gap again this could be fast tracked

Good suggestion!
Hope it will increase the price sensitivity.
Also will help to improve market index too.
For this need to upgrade cse regulagions too.
Lots of markets least value higher than us.
There will be some companies which are not suitable for this upgrade. For that we will have to conduct shares consolidation.
