ඉතා කල්පනාවෙන් අව්දානම් අවම.කරගෙන ගණුදෙනු  කරමු 
මතකයට ගන්න 99% ම අයිතිකරුවන් ට කොටස් ඇති NIFL  සමාගම මෑතකදී කොටස් 2 : 1 ලෙස රුපියල්  13.25 බැගින් කොටස් හිමිකම් right's නිකුත් කර  බව

මතක ද ? මාස කීපයකට පෙර SFL  මූල්‍ය සමාගම CLC  වෙත මුලින්ම ඒකාබද්ධ  කෙරුනා 
SFL & SFL P  එකක් වෙනුවට CLC කොටස් 0.7803 
ඊට පාසුව
CLC සහ LOFC ඒකාබද්ධ කෙරුණා එහිදී CLC කොටසකට LOFC කොටස් 2.17 ලබාදුන්නා

මේ ඒකාබද්ධ  වීම් නිසා CLC සහ SFL කොටස් විශාල ලෙස ගණුදෙණු  වුනා 
කල්පනාවෙන් සෙල්ලම්  කල සූක්ශම  ආයෝජකයන්  සහ  මේ සමාගම් වල ඉතා ඉහල 95% වඩා ප්‍රතිශත අයිතිකරුවන් ඉහල ඉතා ඉහල ලාභ ලබූවා ⚡⚡⚡
පසුව LOFC කොටස් මිල පහත වැටීම නිසා බොහෝ දෙනා විශාල අලාභ ලබූවා
අද වනවිට LOFC වෙළදපල ප්‍රාග්ධනීකරණය  LKR 148 Bn සහ LOFC කොටස් බිලියන 19 නිකුත් කර ඇත 
අලුත්ම ඒකාබද්ධය 
LOFC සහ NIFL නිවේදනය කොට තිබෙනවා 
මේ ඒකාබද්ධය ට පසු LOFC සමාගම පමණක් පවතීවී 
ඔව් LOFC ලන්කාවේ  විශාලම  මූල්‍ය සමාගම වේවි 
එසේම  එවිට LOFC රුපිල.බිලියන 148 ප්‍රාග්ධනීකරණයක් එක්ව NIFL වත්මන් ප්‍රාග්ධනීකරණය රුපියල් බිලියන  70 එක් වූ විට අවසානයේ 
LOFC හී වෙළදපොල  ප්‍රාග්ධනීකරණය බිලියන  218 ඉක්මවාවි 
මෙය  සුළුපටු වෙළදපොල  ප්‍රාග්ධනීකරණයක් නොවේ  එය කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළදපොල ප්‍රාග්ධනීකරණයෙන් 5.5 % වේවි 

NIFL කොටසකට  LOFC කොටස් කීයක් ලබා දෙනවාද යන්න අප තවම නොදන්නවා වුනත් කලින් සේ මෙම.සමාගම් දෙක.ඒකාබද්ධය  වන විට පවතින කොටස් වෙළදපල  ගණුදෙණු  වන මිල ගණන් මත තීරණය කරන්නට බොහෝ දුරට ඉඩ ඇති
එසේම LOFC කොටස් බිලියන 19 තවත් විශාල.කොටස් ප්‍රමාණයක්  එක්කාසු වේවි

අප අමතක.කළ යුතුම නෑ NIFL හී 98% වඩා අයිතිය හිමිකරුවන්  වෙත.පවතින බව 
මේ නිසා කවුරු නැතත් හිමිකරුවන් මේ වාරයේදී ද ඉතා සුවිශේෂී සුවිසල් ප්‍රතිලාභ අත්විදනු ඇති

Sanjaya, from what I have heard there are less manipulations directly resulting in/with LOLC holdings (parent) share company. Mostly these deals effect the subsidiaries of the group. Do you think this  sentiment is true and how do you think this move will effect the the parent company LOLC Holdings in the long run.

LOLC also they do such when they have some positive news 

But all their finance sub mergers IN benefited hugely as they hold all over 90% none of these had Minimum public float yet I don't know   how CBSL approve these all mergers and allow owners to play in amalgamations 

Look how they manipulate LOFC CLC Prior to previous mergers  and am assuming  known parties to IN may have sold LOFC at 30-40 & collected low 
There are many small /medium Retail guys who are stuck with LOFC at over 40 -30 and now paying the price for their margins 

But yet I don't blame IN 100% 
we all have brains & we should do trading then & there and et out of it wen the  price start falling 

But we are also becoming too greedy at at times tat is the case 

I don't think  LOLC will be effected ar all with these mergers
