TB rates went upto 32% p.a due to economic crisis. These Bond Companies only make profits when TB/Interest Rates come down from the High. TB rates have already fallen from 32% to 18%.  As a result these companies made a super profits which is hard to sustain in the future.

If these Companies are to make same Profits next quarter interest rates will have to fall from 18% to 2% p.a. This is very unlikely to happen. Therefore the profits made by these companies are not sustainable. Valuing these companies on the straight line earnings is improper and incorrect.

Profits of these Bond companies are cyclical. Eg: Like Tsunami or Covid 19 Pandemic which cannot be predicted with any certainty.

Big Sharks are trying to Dump their shares on Poor retailers by projecting High Future Earnings Valuations, which may never be a reality so soon.

ආර්ථික අර්බුදය හේතුවෙන් භාණ්ඩාගාර බිල්පත් අනුපාත 32% p.a දක්වා ඉහළ ගියේය. මෙම බැඳුම්කර සමාගම් ලාභ ලබන්නේ භාණ්ඩාගාර බිල්පත් පොලී අනුපාත ඉහළ මට්ටමෙන් පහළට පැමිණි විට පමණි. භාණ්ඩාගාර බිල්පත් අනුපාත දැනටමත් 32% සිට 18% දක්වා පහත වැටී ඇත. එහි ප්‍රතිඵලයක් ලෙස මෙම සමාගම් සුපිරි ලාභයක් ලබා ගත් අතර එය අනාගතයේදී පවත්වා ගැනීමට අපහසු වනු ඇත.

මෙම සමාගම් ඉදිරි කාර්තුවේ එකම ලාභයක් ලබා ගැනීමට නම් පොලී අනුපාත 18% සිට 2% දක්වා පහත වැටිය යුතුය. මෙය සිදුවීමට ඇති ඉඩකඩ ඉතා අඩුය. ඒ නිසා මේ සමාගම් ලබන ලාභය තිරසාර නැහැ. මෙම සමාගම් සරල ඉපැයීම් මත තක්සේරු කිරීම නුසුදුසු සහ වැරදිය.

මෙම බැඳුම්කර සමාගම්වල ලාභය චක්‍රීය වේ. උදා: සුනාමිය හෝ කොවිඩ් 19 වසංගතය වැනි නිශ්චිතව අනාවැකි කිව නොහැක.

ලොකු මෝරුන් ඉහළ අනාගත ඉපැයීම් තක්සේරු කිරීම් ප්‍රක්ෂේපණය කරමින් දුප්පත් සිල්ලර වෙළෙන්දන් මත තම කොටස් විකිනීමට උත්සාහ කරයි, එය කිසිදා මෙතරම් ඉක්මනින් යථාර්ථයක් නොවනු ඇත.
