TWOD will be gaining some attention during the course of this week due to its hearing on the 18th of July. So may be a bright prospect for short term investors.

i think this is the best time to invest in the market.
My best selection at this market is
RICH
BFL
KGAL,BALA
LCH,CFVF,MBSL,DOCK,SEMB-X
There are plenty of huge undervalued shares at current market bro..
Take the best decision. This is the best time.
(But dont invest full amount now. I think 40% ok for now. Balance 60% wait and c)
(Just my ideas bro.)

If you could, please invest that money in a piece of land where the real estate market is still down. If you are investing in debentures think TWICE, THRICE before investing in unsecured debentures(we all saw what happened to VANIK). If you still want to invest in shares below are my observations on some of the shares you mentioned and what I think are good

After the rights/splits JKH and SEYB are over priced stocks in the market according to their current and future earnings. To me NTB & CDB & Pelwatte looks medium term attractive.
1.World sugar prices are expected to rise over the next few years, so is fuel. With Harry J's bottom line focused management style all the these macro economic factors should contribute further to make it an attractive share in the medium and long term.
2. CDB Chairman Mr. Renganathan too is highly bottom line oriented and moreover CDB even at current price is highly under-valued. Their profits were really good in 2010/11
3. In the banking sector JKH managed NTB is one of the most attractive stocks and in the short, medium & long term it is much more promising than SEYB, PABC, UBC

My last piece of advice is IT IS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND IT IS YOU WHO IS TAKING THE RISK OF LOOSING OR MAKING MONEY. Therefore whoever say what, please do your own research before making any move

Yea, It's really true that market is @ negative situation and I also accept that fact but don't you think that most of fundamentally strong shares also undervalued with current situation so if we invest in such companies there is high possibility to gain something when market comes to normal. To take profit at the share market we need to take some risks isn't it ?? So don't you think it as good approach to the current situation ??

I would suggest invest 30% initially and monitor for some time...If it starts the up trend you can buy gradually. Don't rush and buy...You need more patience and less greed... Good Luck

If 'm not mistaken, most of the people has lost nearly 20% from there investment due to recent losses. So most of the shares are abought to go up(most probably). If u r willing to take a high risk , exept for the above stocks..
PAP(around 4.00) & WAPO is good to hold.(but i ddn't buy yet)

u also better wait friend...

definitely if we need to gain something we need to take calculated risk so I believe this may be right time to take some sort of risk
