Thought that I'll just list the dates (straight from prospectus) in case anyone is interested.

Date of Closing of Issue: 7th Jul 2011
Finalisation of Allotment (dispatch of letter): 22nd Jul 2011 (10 market days from the closure)
Uploading of Shares to CDS: 3rd Aug 2011 (18 market days from the closure)
Secondary Market Trading: 9th Aug 2011 (3 market days after declaration to CSE -> 4 days after uploading to CDS)

Note that the dates specified are 'latest' dates. We have a precedence by VONE who went ahead much earlier and listed the shares.

Hi Tinyman, Rumours or got an update? Good news if it does, I'm sort of fed up waiting for the trading dates of these IPOs.

No, I got the news from a trustworthy person, earlier he told me about TJ opening day about two week before the official announcement. it was correct.hope this one also correct.

it seems people who apply 100000 shares get full allotment. so this may be another downward trend IPO...

There are buyers at 20/-for TJ .
But you have only half the story.
Here is the copmlete story for yr information.

They will buy at 20/- if u OFFER them TWO SHARES for 20/-.

In the past subscribing to IPO meant u are certain to make a good profit on the opening day.
Now one will be very happy, if lucky to get the invested price, even without any profit.
So much for the best performing stock market in Asia.
Certainly has become the wonder of Asia thanks to SEC
for allowing a spate of highly overinflated IPOs.

as tinyman said if it starts trading on 29th shaes should have been credited to CDS by now, isn't it?

Got the CDS allocation letter yesterday, it still says 'on or before 03rd Aug'. The letter is dated 22nd (Friday) July and mailed 25th (Monday). I think 29th is a too early date. If at all, they might start next Friday (05th) or will stick to their original date of 09th.
