CT Smith and John Keells stock brokers has said they are comfortable with the existing rules. All the other broker firms has raised concerns against this rules.
Action points taken will be decided by this Thursday it seems. Also government also keep close eye to the mkt these days.
If turnover drops further Government, SEC, broker firms will also get hit. Then they will do something to improve turn over, it will be something good for us.
