CDB Profit up by 132% in Q1 FY 2011/2012
Current trading price is - 77.70
Shares before Right issue - 46,299,000
Shares after RI - 54,015,000 (Approx)
Price of a right share - 70.00

P/E somewhere at 6 and it is much interesting...Also we have seen directors buying this share and as per my view this will be the most gaining banking/financial counter after 15th. May be tomorrow..

Currently i am holding 17,700 share of CDB and it did not come down during past downtrend and we cannot expect that will come down below 70 and there is a resistance at 78 level. If it breaks CDB fly with ....

May be most of the ppl will take from the profit after right. its take few days to back to normal.

Also can see more selling pressure after right issue lodge to CDS.

Rights Issue price (Rs70) is not far from current trading price (Rs77), so I don't expect a massive drop unless the share prices rises considerably before the rights start trading. CDB is a very attractive counter with healthy and continuous growth. Many people were bashing the share as large amounts of their Q1 profits came from capital gains, however, the recently released Q2 figures show all there is to know. If your portfolio is cash, hold this counter for 3+ months and you'll be happy you did so. If you have cash to spare, this is a good option to enter right now as there are strong support levels and it's highly unlikely the counter will drop much. Once the rumors, speculations and uncertainty about the CSE, broker credit, etc. are left behind, CDB will be one of the winners, no doubt.

Now CDB. N is trading Rs. 34/- and the CDB.X is trading 44- 52 range. I would like to know the IPO price and when it was come to the market ?

Is it worth to buy this price level or it may go down more ?

This is the level. this has a long term potential. But beware on shorterm their profit may dip as the three wheeler,motorbike and vehicle leases dropping

Unless the CINS price rockets up
